5E Magic Item Template - I've done the work of adding all 130 basic rules spells and the few items in the free rules pack. Arcanists, arcane archers, blade dancers, scales, shades, spellbreakers, and wardens. You use the template with magic set editor to make your own spell & item cards (or even class ability cards). These are from my 5e campaign that is no longer being played as we've switched to pf2e, but you can use the format or just straight up copy the whole doc. I've been using mse for years for various cards. Just do a forum search for magic item template, it'll pop right up.
