Bench Dog Template - No problems, no vibration, no burning. Just piddling around on a dreary evening so i thought i would work on a template/jig for drilling dog holes in a work bench. Note i am also drilling 3/4 inch holes also. Be aware rockler doesn't carry it anymore. The bench dog plate that rockler sells appears to have a insert that takes on pc guide bushings. I have the bench dog extension wing on my delta unisaw. It is my lack of ability to create a template that is accurate enough so when i drill the holes, the parf dog system would work. I used the lowest speed to cut, with a very rigid setup. It is designed for a top that is 36 inches wide with 3/4 inch holes every 4 inches. The bit is still very sharp.
